        Verdict

        STEVE ROGERS made a winning return last year and went on to win another four races. He may not have finished improving yet while Shades of Silver also showed good progress last term and scored over track and trip in June. Albahar has the more recent form with a win at Chelmsford in February and has gone close over hurdles since while Eton Rambler won over 1m4f here in September and attempts today's trip for the first time on the Flat. Knight's Parade scored over 1m6f on his comeback at Chelmsford but stays 2m and could also go well.
