Smart Affair won a seller over a mile on the Fibresand last month but there doubts as to whether she has sufficient stamina to last home over today's distance. BETTER BE MINE makes more appeal as she ended last season with victory over 1m2f in a Nottingham nursery and there should be more to come this year with Ryan Moore booked for her return to action. Always Ends Well should also improve over middle-distances this season and Midnight Sequel posted a better effort when third over C&D on her latest start.
