Verdict
Volcanic Sky returns to action having been gelded since last in action and will be winning again this year while Al Hamdany has a shout on an earlier second over track and trip and has subsequently finished in front of BIG KITTEN at Newcastle. But the latter was beaten only a head at Chelmsford on his latest start and looks set for a return to winning ways on that evidence. Stablemate Canford Heights could figure on his reappearance given the Haggas yard’s red-hot form while Al Kout made a winning comeback here but is upped in class. Exceeding Power was beaten in a higher grade last time but can still figure ahead of Desert Wind.
