In depth

Verdict

BOLD REACTION only went down by a short-head to a more experienced rival at Doncaster on his debut under Rules. Our Marty was six lengths away in third with a subsequent winner in fourth and the winner had beaten Summergrounds here earlier. Ain't No Sunshine ran in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham after out-battling Eloi Du Puy here last month but was predictably outclassed. Ri Na Farraige could go well if handling the switch to Turf and Scottish Wind and Spicy Dubai are likely improvers but Ontherouge beat little of note at Sedgefield.
