Verdict

WORD HAS IT made all at Carlisle and always appeared to be travelling better than his rivals. If anything, this is a weaker contest and he is entitled to be a short price to complete the double. Kitty's Cove, a dual winner on the Flat, has shown little over hurdles so far but could grab a place while Cailin Dearg’s hurdling debut at Wetherby was not without promise. Wicked West was in the process of running a solid race at Newcastle when falling and is also interesting.
