Verdict

Henry Daly has sent Brave Buck up from Shrophire for this and he'll be expected to go close on his chasing debut. But he really needs the mud to show his best and would have preferred more rain. PRESENT LODGER won a point-to-point in 2012 and has been gaining experience over hurdles. This should be a more suitable test and Lucinda Russell's charge can start showing his potential. Next Hight did manage a win over timber but has yet to convince over this longer trip while Mission Beach has finished last in two of his three starts so far under Rules.
