In depth

Verdict

Flat winner Jedhi looks more than capable of winning a hurdle if she learns to settle better but this looks a good opportunity for RAYNA’S WORLD to add to her maiden victory here 12 days ago. Third in a Grade 2 at the Cheltenham Festival in March, Philip Kirby’s mare won’t be fazed by a drop back in trip and is very much at home on today’s ground. Stainsby Girl has twice run well on heavy going and wasn’t winning out of turn at Newcastle in March while August’s Bangor winner Timetoroe has travelled up from Lambourn. The others are all facing an uphill task.
