This won’t take much winning but it’s a long time since Lough Derg Jewel ran over hurdles. MELODY OF SCOTLAND (NAP) won twice here last summer and was second off this mark over track and trip later. She never figured on her reappearance at Uttoxeter but that should have blown away the cobwebs. Chieftain's Choice was well ahead of Hasankey when only beaten half-a-length at Market Rasen but that form hasn’t worked out. Aurora Thunder makes her handicap debut but may be a few pounds too high.
