More Shennanigans lost no caste in defeat when chasing home New Rackheath at Worcester when last seen in June and has every chance on that evidence but he has yet to win after 24 career starts and is hard to back with confidence so SAM CRUISE is taken to gain a deserved success. The Steve Gollings-trained gelding won at Worcester over three miles in July but has performed just as well over this trip since then, finding just one too good in each of his last two starts, and he can go one better today. Janal has performed creditably of late but faces no easy task from out of the weights proper, while Lucinda Russell's Against The Wind is probably best watched on his first start since April having been pulled up when last seen.
