In depth

Verdict

Thomas Blossom is back on a winning mark and the booking of James Bowen is a positive. Midnight Gypsy has found some form at Taunton this month but has been hit with a massive 13lb rise, though will probably beat Lady Of Longstone again. Sidsteel ran his best race so far at Bangor last month but the form hasn’t worked out. STATE THE OBVIOUS has been in good form at Worcester so it may be worth taking a chance that he’ll handle the softer ground, though is still creeping up the weights.
