Verdict
The most valuable race on the card has understandably drawn a competitive field with several possibles. They include Kadito who returns to hurdling after landing a sizeable gamble over fences here earlier in the month. Robin Dickin's charge - a half-brother to the classy Kadastrof - remains on a fair mark and is clearly in good heart so looks sure to take a hand in the finish with ground and trip ideal. Nemisto has proved a model of consistency this term and should give another good account but looks handicapped up to his best and may have to settle for minor honours once again. Dr Charlie has proved disappointing since landing a Warwick novice last term but may have been inconvenienced by soft ground and can prove a different proposition on this quicker surface. Charlie Mann's charge is open to improvement and merits respect while recent winners Park City and Able Native are at the right end of the handicap and also enter calculations in an open affair.
