Menphis Beury deserves to get his head in front and is selected ahead of Regal Vision, Galtee View and Witness Time to name but a few. Menphis Beury is still only a six-year-old so takes on more experienced opponents here, but is definitely going the right way and can open his account over fences. Henry Daly's charge seemed to relish the fast ground when second at Taunton last time, has plenty of stamina, and does not appear badly weighted, so is set to run a big race under conditions that suit. Regal Vision likes the trip and has picked up a couple of races in the past, while Galtee View has gone up in the ratings since scoring at Huntingdon last October. Witness Time has twice been successful over hurdles here in the past including last time out in first-time blinkers, but has yet to take to the bigger obstacles. Further down the weights, the likes of Joe McHugh and Valley Warrior make some appeal, but the feeling is that Menphis Beury will prove to be the answer.
