In depth

Verdict

CAPTAIN COBAJAY has switched stables since last seen in October but he will have been waiting for this better ground so gets the nod. Salamanca School also has an absence to overcome but he, too, will appreciate the going whereas a quicker surface might be a concern for both Bebraveforglory, a beaten favourite at Southwell last month, and Gosuatri, who sports first-time blinkers. Gouet Des Bruyeres races for the first time since Boxing Day but is back on a winning mark.
