Verdict
Stock Hill Fair won two bumpers at the start of his career and made a winning handicap debut under Flat rules at Yarmouth last month. All of his victories to date have come on soft ground so he wouldn't want the going to firm up any more and is passed over in favour of DANCING PRIMO. Mark Brisbourne's mare has won twice over this C&D, again on ground with some give, but has also scored in fast conditions at Folkestone and her rider's 3lb claim is a bonus. Call Of Duty landed a C&D handicap on fast going in May and has won easily at Newcastle subsequently. He's a little bit high in the weights at present but still expected to give a good account. Tenhoo suffered in the weights after some fine early season form last year when one of his three successive victories was over the C&D. He's now dropped back to a winning mark and hasn't run badly on his two latest starts. Amir Pasha won this in 2010 and is quite well treated if back to anywhere near his best.
