The presence of Generous Option at the top of the handicap leaves several of these out of the handicap and Mark Johnston's filly is taken to give weight away all round at the main expense of Tesary and Briannsta. The last mentioned was a good winner at Chester earlier this week and has an obvious chance under a 6lb penalty but the drying ground is against Mick Channon's gelding and he looks worth taking on. Newcastle winner Orphan remains unexposed and has to be respected along with Nick Littmoden's Cerebus, who lost no caste in defeat behind the in-form Bird Over at Southwell last time. Turn On The Style has more to do than when winning at Wolverhampton last time and of more interest may be Ed Dunlop's Tesary who won despite the testing conditions at Ripon last month and will not mind the faster ground today. Generous Option handled similar conditions well at Musselburgh last time when winning over seven furlongs but will not be inconvenienced by the return to six and it will take a tough one to beat her.
