AMOUR PROPRE is the highest rated of these and went close to winning on last year's seasonal debut in similar company. He ended last year with a defeat of classy sprinter Sole Power in a Group 3 race at the Curragh and is the one to beat on his return. Noble Storm won this last year but has plenty to find with selection on later running at Goodwood and he finished behind Duchess Dora in soft ground at Chester last time. The latter should be thereabouts again but Fratellino has gone off the boil since beating Spirit Quartz at Lingfield in March and Chunky Diamond may need the outing.
Fratellino 33-1 (9-1) Hampered start, always behind, 16th of 18, 7l behind Dancing Freddy (8-10) at York 5f hcp 105 (2) gf in May.

Noble Storm (USA) 7-2 (9-11) Led, driven over 1f out, edged left and headed inside final furlong, weakened towards finish, 4th of 7, 2 3/4l behind Duchess Dora (8-13) at Chester 5f cond Stakes (3) sft in May.
Spirit Quartz (IRE) 14-1 (9-4) Tracked leaders, challenged 2f out, not pace of front pair inside final furlong, held on well for 3rd, 3rd of 12, 4l behind Bated Breath (9-4) at Haydock 5f Grp 2 (1) fm in May.
