Concur finally got his head in front after 17 attempts when winning a maiden race at Redcar but the runner-up, Kensington Palace is less exposed, and may well reverse running. Tango Sky continues to slide down the weights and has a leading amateur on board but Insurplus has yet to encounter testing ground. Ruth Carr has sent out Hab Reeh to win this twice in recent years and WHIPPHOUND can race on soft going for the first time since winning at Catterick in October. Back on a winning mark with Emily Bullock’s allowance further helping his cause, he gets the nod.
