      Verdict

      Golden Arrow, who cost £200,000 at the Goffs Breeze-up last month, was engaged in the 3.10 at Ascot yesterday. Moonstone Boy followed a fair debut at Musselburgh with an unlucky in-running effort there and will make a bold bid while Kandy House showed plenty of pace at Ripon. GOLDEN MIND cost 150,000gns and is a half-brother to the triple Group 1 winning sprinter Perfect Power and can make a successful debut. Irish Nectar cost 50,000gns and is by Invincible Spirit out of a two-year-old winner.
