    Verdict

    Still well beaten when second at Redcar earlier, Angel’s Glory appeared not to stay the 7f at Leicester when last in action back in May but sets the standard off a mark of 78 on her return. GRISE LIGHTNING makes a belated seasonal debut having run well in both starts last year and undergoing wind surgery in the interim. Richard Fahey’s filly gets a speculative vote in this given Jeffrey Harris has yet to threaten, though still finished in front of Lady Flyte at Thirsk last time.
