Verdict
It will be interesting to see if there is any market support for the one newcomer in the field, Light The Light, but Mark Wallace's filly is bred to appreciate further so she may be best watched and a better bet looks to be RED AMARYLLIS who gets the vote with Casela Park rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has not progressed as much as may have been anticipated this term but Harry Dunlop has his string in good form at present and the daughter of Piccolo looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to open her account. Wreningham has a higher rating than Red Amaryllis but he has been beaten in a couple of claimers of late and it is of interest that Eddie Ahern has deserted him in favour of Harry Dunlop's runner. A market move for Mr Rio should be noted but he would need to improve on all known form to trouble Red Amaryllis.
