Last year’s winner Makawee can race off a lower mark this time having struggled of late while Flower Of Scotland and Percy's Pride are both upped in class and distance after scoring over 1m4f. Roseabad and Goolwa failed to cope with a rise in the weights last time having both won on the all-weather before that with the latter beating GOLDEN BUGLE over 1m4f at Kempton. But the Gosden’s filly had won at Newbury earlier and is taken to reverse running back over this longer trip. Sea Sylph is less exposed than Single while Kenahope is a maiden winner in France and debuts for new connections.
