In depth

Verdict

Al Zaraqaan was a beaten favourite in this last year when well behind the winner Stormy Antarctic. Victory Chime had West End Charmer back in third when winning a Listed race here in September while Brentford Hope and Ad Infinitum are others making their seasonal debuts. Majestic Dawn ran nowhere near his best at Chester on his reappearance but MOVIN TIME ran well enough in a tough handicap at Newmarket on his return. He has plenty of scope for improvement back at this level and is also preferred to stablemate Father Of Jazz.
