In depth

Verdict

Michael Attwater's pair Juanito Chico and FUJAIRA KING both ran in the race won by Coverham at Lingfield nine days ago. The former had more than four lengths to spare over the latter but Tom Marquand’s mount looked more in need of the run and it would be no surprise if he turned the tables on his stable companion today. Sir Roderic wasn’t disgraced at Kempton 12 days ago and is a threat in first-time blinkers. De Bruyne Horse won twice at Southwell earlier in the year and should also be thereabouts.
