Pat Smullen rides The Moore Factor for Dermot Weld and his mount's only victory came on heavy ground so any further rain will aid his cause. Palmones has gone up 9lb for completing a double at Naas but is improving fast and won't mind the ground while Whiskey Sour just held off Tony The Gent off levels at Naas and with his rider's claim taken into consideration should have few problems confirming the form. ASPEN MOUNTAIN has only had four runs, scoring at Dundalk in November then producing two very good runs in handicaps in May. He's had a break and returns on a 6lb higher mark but there's more to come and he's given the nod. Mr Ormsby is progressing really well and is another to consider in an open race while Spruce Meadows arrives with a penalty after scoring over 7f here on Monday.
