Verdict

Gigginstown Stud went to £115,000 to purchase CAPTAIN VON TRAPPE after his impressive victory between the flags at Dawstown and he should start repaying some of the outlaw here. Bay Of Freedom attracted some support on his debut at Listowel and ran well though it wasn't the best bumper ever run there. Ryback Jack looked as though he'd improved when a good fourth at Ballinrobe but was tailed off on his next start at Cork so Haddington Road looks more of a threat after a fair effort on fast ground at Punchestown.
