In depth

Verdict

Taradrewe has won her last two, including one over this course and distance. But she has a 9lb rise in the weights to contend with and has never won at this higher level. Lightentertainment won five times last season with three of those victories coming on the track. He's never won over a trip this far, however, and is probably a few pounds too high at present. PROMANCO couldn't cope upped in class on her reappearance but this looks a bit easier and Sam Painting's claim will aid her cause. She is capable of bouncing back to winning ways as the ground will suit, though Mercers Court looks a danger after a morale-boosting recent win here. Drum Valley may need this and would have preferred softer going but Sandy Beach is capable of going close off bottom weight.
