In depth

Verdict

Grand Turina returns to action having placed over fences but REPUBLICAN has a recent outing at Ascot under his belt when fourth on his chasing debut. He’ll be straighter for that and faces an easier task in this company. The remainder debut over the larger obstacles but Pemberley doesn’t look badly treated on placed form over hurdles while the same can be said of Moroder. Normandy Soldier has won a novice hurdle while Orchard Thieves has undergone wind surgery since last in action and is fitted with a tongue-tie on his return.
