Poetic Lady was found an easy opportunity in a maiden hurdle at Worcester last month and duly obliged. This looks a much tougher assignment with Miss Spent looking to bounce back having come up against a useful sort in Golden Birthday at Newton Abbot in July just three days after getting off the mark at Uttoxeter. Neil King acquired Marienstar after she bolted up in a Stratford seller and a subsequent third at Huntingdon suggests she should hold her own in handicaps in the coming months.
