GINOLAD looks an exciting recruit and he should be up to seeing off Fassaroe. This is a massive drop in grade for the former Australian performer as his last sortie was an attempt to win the Grand Jump at Nakayama. He was well beaten on that occasion but today's assignment is some way short of Grade 1 company. Fassaroe was well punted when landing a Taunton bumper. He has struggled to follow up that success and may find yet another placing as his best result. Petito is a long standing maiden who is far from certain to act on the surface. Miss Merenda looks hopelessly outclassed even in a field of just four runners. Ginolad can take this en route to a tilt at better company.
