In depth

Verdict

Dan Skelton had three previous winners entered in this at an earlier stage and relies on AINTREE MY DREAM, who would almost certainly have defied a penalty at Ffos Las last time had he not come to grief when in front at the last. A clear round here should see him gain compensation ahead of Plumpton scorer Postbridge. Warren Greatrex’ mare is receiving 13lb but the selection is rated 15lb higher. Both The Tin Miner and Keepyourheadup still have something to learn about jumping.
