In depth

Verdict

Pilgrims King landed a course and distance double earlier this year and beat Mind Hunter on the first of those occasions. He’s been beaten back here off today’s mark subsequently and GOOD IMPRESSION makes more appeal. The latter has had a spin on the Flat since winning at Uttoxeter earlier in the month and Bernard Llewellyn’s charge is taken to confirm superiority with Conial Empire and go in again. Gingembre Menthe never threatened when third at Worcester and cheekpieces are applied.
