Nothing rock solid but RUBY ISABEL might be worth chancing ahead of Gunnadoit and Ghaill Force. Tim Vaughan's mare doesn't have the greatest of profiles but she takes a bit of a drop in grade today and on ground that should suit she can run well. Her jockey is having a good season and the pair can put in a big performance. Mista Rossa has been kept busy of late but to no real avail, so a bigger threat may emerge from Call Me Sir who ran well in soft ground at Exeter back in March. Gunnadoit was awful last time but is more interesting here with the visor on as he drops in trip, Abulharith has an experienced pilot on-board as he steps up in trip, whilst Ghaill Force ran his best race for a while at Exeter earlier in the month and is considered a player in this grade. Misty Gem returns from over a year off and is hard to recommend, as is Sophisticated Lady who was pulled-up at the track when last seen. Any market move for the fair chaser Moon Melody should be respected, however in an open race we are happy to stick with Ruby Isabel. Nic Doggett.
