The four-year-old Christopher Robin tackles older horses for the first time on his handicap debut and has never run beyond the minimum trip. Roxboro Road has been chasing and scored at Leopardstown last time. His last victory over hurdles came on very testing ground so some rain would aid his cause. SHIMMER AND SHINE gave notice of an imminent victory when runner-up in a handicap here in November and duly obliged in a maiden on last week's reappearance at Tramore. She's up in the weights but probably still well treated so gets the nod. Darver Star is progressing very well and followed a good run at Wexford with a comprehensive victory on his handicap debut on the same track. He's shot up the weights as a result but it will be a surprise if he isn't thereabouts. Avellino couldn't handle Listed company last time after winning a Ballinrobe maiden by 18 lengths.
