Richard Hannon's string have been firing on all cylinders over the last few weeks and, with that in mind, it is hard to ignore the claims of Richerhoffen, who caught the eye in defeat on his debut and is expected to show even more this time around. True Dream and Bridal Path are others to consider, while Cloud Atlas is also worth a mention, as he shaped up encouragingly when he was introduced at Folkestone last week. The Sylvester Kirk-trained colt missed the break on that occasion, so did well to finish as strongly as he did. He looks sure to be wiser this time and is one to monitor carefully in the betting. Similar comments apply to Bridal Path, who steps up to a more appropriate trip this evening. She qualifies for a handicap after this and is one to keep tabs on when her trainer sets her next few targets. True Dream is an interesting newcomer that hails from a yard that have done very well with their juveniles this term. He is related to several winners at this trip and he can also be placed to good effect when he has gained in experience. However, Richerhoffen edges the vote for now. The son of Mull Of Kintyre looked the real deal in the paddock before his debut and ran with plenty of promise. The extra furlong will be very much in his favour and an improved display is anticipated here.
