Verdict
Strait Of Zanzibar was in cracking form here at this time last year scoring over the course and distance from a 7lb higher mark but he's only won twice in 31 starts. Reckless Lad was always travelling nicely when beating CONNACHT COUNCIL just over a length three weeks ago but has been raised 6lb and the runner-up, who was having his first start since July, has a fine chance of reversing the form and gaining his first success on the surface. Cash Or Casualty, who won this a year ago, was well beaten but has a big pull with the winner and should get much closer. Doc Holliday ran well behind Fastidious last month when his stablemate Iron Major got no sort of run. The latter is better than that and it would be no shock to see him reverse the form. Boughtforasong dropped back to 6f to gain her first victory on her 22nd start last week but this trip holds no terrors and she's still reasonably treated.
