CULLENTRY ROYAL went very close to catching Gretzky over track and trip in December. He can race off the same mark today and a line through the latter gives him the beating of a few of these. They include both Carried and Kalann, who filled the places behind Gretzky at this track last month. Carried also has a bit to find with Papa's Way with the latter having beaten subsequent winner Cottesloe when scoring here on his latest start. Attraction Ring is upped 9lb for his recent success over 1m3f with Hoe Hoe back in third and Ballyadam Brook won a lesser contest over course and distance before failing to figure over hurdles.
