The three-year-old Morselle is making rapid strides and is likely to improve her rating in the next few weeks, though this is a tough baptism in handicap company. Captain Cullen went up 7lb for his victory here and couldn't quite cope when sent to Roscommon where Strait Of Zanzibar and MAONTRI finished a head of him. The latter is getting back into some sort of form and, with a good record on the track, he's taken to get back on the winning trail. It's almost a year since My Good Brother won a race while Great Wide Open has his first ever run on the surface.
