Verdict

Night Fighter can continue Richard Guest's tremendous start in the training ranks. An early mistake put paid to his chances last time out and, 7lbs better off for the ten lengths that he was beaten that day, he can reverse the form with the cheekpieces back on. That was River Styx's first win in 13 chases and he has been raised 7lbs for it. La Colina is bred for this game, being by Be My Native out of Deep Run mare, and will a race of this nature at some point. The New Zealand import, Leagues, ran well at Doncaster in December and it would be no surprise to see him go well. Prince Highlight hasn't quite got it together over fences yet and is opposed on that basis.
