Verdict

There is no shortage of runners on today’s card and this is the biggest field of the day. Zain Nights, who won three times on the Flat, was tenderly handled on his hurdling debut at Huntingdon. An initial suspension under non-trier rules was overturned on appeal and he is likely to be ridden closer to the pace today. However, he has a couple of lengths to find with LUCKY PLACE who will also know more today. The latter’s yard also run winning pointer Bective Abbey and Ronaldoreturns is a likely improver while Onewayortother was much improved when third at Newbury. Inoui Machin was only beaten a couple of lengths over 2m here when favourite so is another worth a second look.
