HAAJES won this in 2011 off a pound lower mark and was hampered when finishing sixth last year. Paul Midgley's nine-year-old looks poised for another big run and is preferred to last year's victor Even Stevens, who is 7lb higher. Bronze Beau was well drawn when successful at Beverley and may struggle to follow up while the handicapper may have got to Royal Bajan, who is on a four-timer, but Noodles Blue Boy can give a good account under Ryan Moore and Threes Grand won a better race at York last month when well backed and could still be heading in the right direction.
