Cloth Cap started favourite for last year’s Grand National and that is his target again, though he is a pound lower than when scoring at Kelso last season. Powerstown Park has won twice at Hereford this term but has gone up another 6lb. Storm Control and Daire McConville were only caught on the run-in in the Sky Bet Chase here in January and Le Milos is on a hat-trick after victories at Exeter and Sandown. UNDERSUPERVISION was almost 12 lengths behind Alan John’s mount on the latter occasion but has been a slow learner over fences and is 6lb better off. He’s also a strong stayer so the return to a longer trip is in his favour. Soyouthinksoagain has won a couple of minor contests this season but could be caught out by this step up in grade.
