Verdict
TRESHNISH has run much better than the final results suggest in both races over fences. He is potentially well treated on his handicap bow over the larger obstacles, especially with Sam Coltherd claiming 5lb, and could just edge out Majestic Touch, who has always looked a chasing type. Huntsman Son came up against Kalashnikov on his chasing bow and has won around here over hurdles. Midnight Maestro has won a bumper here and arrives off the back of a victory over timber at Market Rasen. Vivas won at Fontwell and Plumpton in October but failed to cope with a further weight rise at Sandown. Boreham Bill should make a chaser but Dentley De Mee is proving expensive to follow.
