In depth

Verdict

SALESIN is ultra-consistent and has struck winning form with a vengeance. Boots Madden's charge beat Commandment by 13l here before a similarly easy success at Wexford. He is by no means badly treated and can complete a hat-trick. Premier Rouge looks a major threat as he has been in excellent form on the level and is only 1lb higher than when last successful over timber. Whispering Wind has run poorly on the flat since landing a maiden hurdle at Roscommon and will need to do better. Dolphin Bay has a career record of eight victories and can never be ruled out in this grade.
