It's hard to know what to make of Sambremont, whose only run was at Compiegne in April of last year, though he's a full brother to Djakadam and will know his job. The Unsub has a penalty for his bumper victory at Ayr in March but Jamie Codd's presence in the saddle is a bonus while Venitien De Mai, unbeaten in four starts between the flags, could be anything and cost connections 130,000 euros. Jimmy Two Times was an odds-on chance at Sligo in May but was beaten by a 25/1 outsider. He didn't look overly enthusiastic in the finish and is overlooked here in favour of VIRTUOSO ROUGE. Noel Meade's charge couldn't cope with the long odds-on Killultagh Vic on his hurdling debut here last month but his jumping will have improved and Nina Carberry can steer him home. Motown Bob has come up against useful rivals and stepping up in trip can bring about some improvement.
