Verdict
Smokethatthunders has form over this trip but recent runs have been over further. Monumental Man is a consistent sort in this grade and got back to winning ways last month at Newmarket. He's only 4lb higher so can't be ignored and Lexi's Hero has won over track and trip off a higher mark in the past. CRUISE TOTHELIMIT ran well behind the gambled-on Clear Spring in a better race at Windsor 12 days ago. He won in this grade over course and distance in September and can stage a repeat as he finished ahead of Lastchancelucas at Haydock two runs ago.
