Joseph O'Brien is an interesting booking for the newcomer Tohaveandtohold, a half-sister to three winners up to a mile and out of a winning sprinter. SIGHORA showed massive improvement from her juvenile runs to finish a close third in what looked a very smart maiden at Newmarket. She led over a furlong out until caught close home and should have come on enough to take this. Polar Eyes made a promising reappearance at Leicester and went to Catterick as a long odds-on chance but failed to cope with Little Shambles, who may well turn out to be quite decent. Destiny's Kitten showed real promise on her debut at Haydock in September and her pedigree suggests she should do well at this trip while Enliven will have benefited from her run on ground with some give at Newbury when Scillonian Sunset was behind.
