INCHANDO caught the eye after finishing second on his latest outing and is taken to go one better at the expense of Strategic Princess and Whitcombe Spirit. The selection ran a personal best after finishing second to Picot De Say in bottomless conditions over a mile and a half at this venue last time out. He does step up quite dramatically in trip but with the ground conditions likely to be on the faster side it may well compensate and with that in mind he is difficult to oppose. Strategic Princess has run in three maidens to date and may well fair better now tried in a handicap, while Whitcombe Spirit has been tested in similar races of late and although he has run well he always seem to find one too good. Inchando seems to have run into form and if at his best he ought to go close.
