Verdict

Doctor Kingsley has won this for the last two years but isn't getting any younger and may struggle to confirm running with last year's third Hameldown Tor on today's revised terms - Philip Rowley's charge is a dour stayer. Coombe Hill keeps defying the years but was a lucky winner at Wincanton last month and MOROMAN has more scope. David Kemp has a high opinion of the Morozov gelding and he was always cantering when scoring easily at Fakenham earlier this month, though his tendency to jump right could be a problem here. Temple Grandin was second at Haydock in February and then ran in the Foxhunter Chase here while Quinz is a former Grade 3 winner, though he had a rough time of it at Aintree and may still be feeling the effects.
