In depth

Verdict

Redgrave returns to action and is weighted to beat Trenchard, who never threatened the winner when runner-up at Wolverhampton recently. BLESS HIM makes more appeal given he was beaten only a length at Lingfield on last month’s debut and that looks stronger form than Bahar’s debut effort back in November. Highland Cradle made only a modest start at Yarmouth last year and stablemate Mudaarab will likely attract more attention as the $450,000 first foal of a Group 3 winner. The latter is worth noting in the betting and preferred to Free Forum of the newcomers.
