        Verdict

        Roninski has got away with just a 3lb rise for scoring over this trip at Redcar, his third success of the season, and his young rider gets on very well with him. Fast Shot has also won three times this year, all over 6f, and though failing in his hat-trick bid at Leicester his run suggested an extra furlong would be a help. He should be in the shake-up but MAGGIE MEY is the one who gets the nod as David O'Meara's front-runner has been leading until the final furlong in her races over a mile recently and scored the last time she raced over this trip. Squires Gate is the first runner on the track for Charles Hills and he's been running better than his form figures suggest.
